Gemini proxy setup

For security, your Gemini API key must never be stored in the app. A free Cloudflare Worker acts as a safe middleman — it holds your key on the server side and your phone never sees it.

Step 1 — Get a Gemini API key (free)
Go to aistudio.google.com → sign in → Get API key → Create API key → copy it

Step 2 — Create a Cloudflare Worker (free, ~3 min)
1. Go to workers.cloudflare.com → sign up free
2. Dashboard → Workers & Pages → Create → Hello World template
3. Name it e.g. foodiecalc-gemini
4. Click Edit code, paste this exactly:
